Prologue to The Great Desaparecido<\/em> is the short film to the full length feature film The Great Desaparecido<\/em>, which questions Truth and History around Philippine Revolution and Independence.<\/p>\n

The Great Desaparecido<\/em> revolves around the desperate and harrowing thirty-day search for the body of Andres Bonifacio by his widow, Gregoria De Jesus. Andres Bonifacio is the Father of Philippine Revolution. The film is also about the controversial death of Andres Bonifacio. Rival revolutionaries executed Bonifacio and his body has never been found- thus the title, The Great Desaparecido<\/em>. ‘Desaparecido’ means missing.<\/p>\n
